Bracknell Town have made changes to their first team management, with Keith Pennicott-Bowen departing and Mark Tallentire replacing him.
'Tally' is well known at Larges Lane, having been a player, assistant manager and manager before enjoying a successful spell at neighbours Binfield. He will take charge for the first time on Saturday at Longlevens. Coach Lee Simpson took the team on Tuesday night, as the Robins gained a superb three points, winning 3-1 at Abingdon United. Shane Cooper-Clark netted a brace, with a Dan Money strike sandwiched in between. The win – Town's first on the road this season – moves them onto ten points, but with four and five games in hand in those immediately around them, they could start climbing the table pretty quickly.
Keith Pennicott-Bowen had been in charge for a year, and guided the team to their highest ever Hellenic League position last season.
